A loan of $550 helped to buy beauty products, cosmetics, creams, and lotions, etc.

Erica Nohemi's story

Érica Nohemí, age 28, has been married for ten years. She has two children, ages five and nine, who are starting their education. She lives in Colonia Flor Blanca, Petoa Santa Bárbara.

Erica really likes the beauty profession. She went to study at a beauty academy in order to fulfill her dream of having her own business, which she established two years ago. The services she offers are cutting, straightening, drying, manicure, dying, and highlighting. She also sells products like shampoo, cosmetics, lotions, and creams, etc. She devotes six hours a day to this business. She was motivated by the desire to feel useful contributing to the family, even though she devotes little time to her children.

The loan she is requesting is to buy beauty products, cosmetics, creams, and lotions, etc. to use in the salon and to sell to the customers who need some of these products.

Her goal is to have a big salon and to have more employees to meet her customer demand.
