Ana Maria's story

Señora Ana's business activity is doing leatherwork. She does this work during the week, making leather bags to sell later in the various fairs in the city of El Alto. This activity is the principal source of income for her and her family. She has been doing leatherwork for a number of years. It is very hard work, but Señora Ana works together with her husband, who helps her. Together they work for the well-being of their family, since they have children. The loan is destined for the purchase of basic leather materials so that they can do their work. She has very good sales, since the bags that she makes are very pretty and of good quality. In the future, she wants to be able to sell her products in the various markets in the city of La Paz.
