A loan of $1,100 helped to buy school shoes to sell to his customers at the start of the school season.

William Ivan's story

William has dedicated a great part of his life looking to generate his own income. That is why he has started various different businesses like washing machine services, selling “arepas” (stuffed corn patties), and lastly, a business selling shoes.

William learned the business of selling shoes when he worked in this type of store. Thanks to the experience that he got, he started his own business selling shoes. William is known for being a person who has always given his wife and relatives the best well-being possible. It is for them that he works extremely hard in his business.

William dreams of being a great businessman, of having his business grow and get stronger, and that his customers keep him in mind when they buy shoes. His customers say that William sells excellent quality products. Also, his service is always the best compared to other stores.

William dreams that when his business has high levels of sales he will be able to hire a lot of people who cannot find employment at other businesses. He will be able to impact their lives by improving their standard of living.

With the arrival of the school year, William needs to buy school shoes. However, he does not now have enough money to buy the quantity that his customers demand. That is why William hopes that a loan will allow him to buy seasonal school shoes. That way his business will continue growing in order to generate great income. Then he will be able to fulfill his dream of improving the quality of life for many people.
