Ly is a 48-year-old woman. She is single and lives with her family in Ho Chi Minh City. Ly earns an income by sewing clothing. She has done this for eight years.
Ly would like to take out a loan to buy sewing materials and fabrics. This will increase her productive capacity and allow her to create a larger amount of clothing. She hopes that this will enable her to increase her income and set aside some savings for her family.
