Kuña Katupyry Of Ita Group's story

This group of women is named Kuña Katupyry of Ita, and it was begun in October 2006 by a woman who wanted to help her neighbors and friends increase the profits from their businesses. They all work independently and sell things like groceries, clothing, cosmetics, and home goods.

At the moment the group is made up of 15 women entrepreneurs and was formed in the city of Capiata. They meet regularly to discuss business methods, learn about good business practices with a representative from Fundación Paraguaya, and support each others’ business and their families.
