A loan of $550 helped to buy a griddle and potato cutter.

Alma Yanett's story

Alma is 33 years old, married and has three children and two years ago, with the help of her husband, Ramiro, she decided to start a business which would allow her to help her husband with the household expenses and at the same time permit her to take care of the housework such as washing, ironing, cooking, cleaning the house and taking the children to and from school.

Alma, searching for a way not to neglect any of these activities, decided to sell hamburgers and french fries from her home. She fixed up an area of her kitchen in order to make and sell hamburgers. Sales have increased thanks to the recipe and her good manners with the customers.

Alma needs help to buy equipment such as a griddle and a potato cutter in order to make it easier to do her work.
