Ms Luyen is 35 years old with three children who are school age. She has a small restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Her business has operated for five years and has created good revenue for her family. Participating in our credit program in 2010, she used loans effectively in her business. Currently, she wants to have a loan to buy more furniture for her restaurant.
The Center of Small Enterprise Development Assistance (SEDA) is a non-profit organization whose vision is to create “a society without poverty.” Founded in 2004, SEDA provides microfinance services to low-income and disadvantaged people in rural areas of Hanoi and the northern provinces of Vietnam through its Binh Minh Micro-Finance Program.
