The Committee of Women called “Enterprising Women” is in its 1st loan cycle with the Paraguay Foundation's Enterprising Women Program. In addition to each member's independent work, they also develop activities together to collect funds to be able to have group capital to count on. At the same time, they provide mutual help to arrive at their main objective, which is to help their families.

Jacinta is one of the members. She sells vegetables, and she tells us that its going very well. She always has good sales of the high quality products she sells, in part because of her good prices. This work is the means of subsistence for Jacinta and her family, for whom she puts forth her efforts.

Jacinta is requesting a loan to buy vegetables, such as tomatoes, locotes, onions, and other types of vegetables, to resupply her stock and have more variety to offer her customers.

El Comité de Mujeres de nombre Mujeres Emprendedoras se encuentra en el primer ciclo del programa de mujeres emprendedoras de la fundación paraguaya. Ellas además del trabajo independiente de cada una, también desarrollan actividades en forma conjunta para recaudar fondos con el fin de contar con un capital dentro del grupo, a la vez se ayudan mutuamente para llegar a los objetivos que es la de trabajar para apoyar a sus familias.
La Sra Jacinta es una de las integrantes, ella se dedica a la venta de verduras, nos comenta que le va muy bien, ya que siempre tiene muy buena venta, por los productos de buena calidad que ofrece, y sumado a eso los buenos precios. Este trabajo es el medio de subsistencia de ella y de su familia, es por ello que le pone mucho empeño a lo que hace.
Ella solicita el crédito para la compra de verduras, como ser tomates, locotes, cebollas, y demás tipos de verduras, con lo cual podrá surtirse y tener más variedad para ofrecer a sus clientes.

In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
