The Vy'a Aty communal bank originated through promotions carried out in the neighborhood. All the members are from the same area, acquaintances and neighbors from the neighborhood. The goal of each one is to work, to promote a spirit of solidarity, and to achieve the highest level of the program. They see the program as a foundation, a great help to them and their families.

Celia is the president of the group. She works as a domestic employee in the morning and in the afternoon she opens her hair salon that she has in her house. In her free time she also does manicures and pedicures at home. Her desire is to continue making progress and in this way be able to continue helping her family.

She is requesting the loan to buy nail polish, hairspray, gel, dyes, and other supplies with which to stock her business and satisfy her customers.

El comité "Vy´a Aty"se originó a traves de promociones realizadas en el barrio. Todas las integrantes son de la misma zona, conocidas y vecinas del barrio. El objetivo de cada de una de ellas es trabajar, fomentar el espiritu solidario y llegar al nivel máximo del programa. Ellas ven en el programa de la fundación, una gran ayuda para ellas y sus familias.
La sra Celia, es Presidenta del grupo, ella Trabaja como empleada domestica por la mañana y por la tarde abre su salón de peluquería, que tiene en su casa, también en su tiempo libre hace manicura y pedicura a domicilio. Su deseo es seguir progresando y de esa forma poder seguir ayudando a su familia.
Ella solicita el crédito para la compra de esmaltes para uñas, spray, gel, tintes y demás insumos con los cuales podrá abastecer su negocio y cumplir con sus clientes.
