A loan of $2,950 helped a member to buy nail polish, hairspray, gel, dyes, and other supplies.

Vy'a Aty Group's story

The Vy'a Aty communal bank originated through promotions carried out in the neighborhood. All the members are from the same area, acquaintances and neighbors from the neighborhood. The goal of each one is to work, to promote a spirit of solidarity, and to achieve the highest level of the program. They see the program as a foundation, a great help to them and their families.

Celia is the president of the group. She works as a domestic employee in the morning and in the afternoon she opens her hair salon that she has in her house. In her free time she also does manicures and pedicures at home. Her desire is to continue making progress and in this way be able to continue helping her family.

She is requesting the loan to buy nail polish, hairspray, gel, dyes, and other supplies with which to stock her business and satisfy her customers.
