Bokk Jom Group's story

The group was created on May 17, 2010. It is composed of 15 women, all from the same village. They are either parents or friends. Aïssatou is the leader of the group. She is 36 years old. She is married and is the mother of four children.

She has been doing both agricultural work and sewing work for the past six years. The loan will allow her to purchase supplies (fabrics, thread, and groundnut seeds).

Her goal is to be able to pay for her children's education and cover a portion of daily expenses. The other members of the group do the same work.
