A loan of $500 helped to buy supplies to make fresh beverages made from natural grains and fruit.

Esperanza De Los Angeles's story

Esperanza de Los Angeles is a hardworking woman who has a business selling "aguas frescas" (freshly made traditional Mexican beverages), including horchata (a rice-based beverage), jamaica (a type of iced-tea), and juices flavored with orange, coconut, lemon and tamarind.

Esperanza is happily married to Lorenzo, and together they have a child for whom they work hard to provide a better future, since they want him to get an education.

Esperanza requested this loan to purchase fruit, sugar and milk to make her natural beverages.

She thanks the Fundación for the support that they have provided her, which will allow her to get ahead and succeed in the future.
