A loan of $3,700 helped a member to buy ready-to-wear clothing.

Sope Serigne Fallou Group's story

This group was established on August 24, 2010, and is made up of women who come from the same neighborhood. They created their solidarity group based on their personal affinities and neighborhood. Their main business is retail.

Mrs. Bousso, age 56, is married and the mother of three children. She's responsible for the group, and is standing on the left in the photograph.

She's been selling ready-to-wear clothing for a long time, which is why she has a very good experience in this field.

With her new loan, she will buy baby clothing to resell in her neighborhood. Her goal is to help her husband (who doesn't work anymore) in supporting the family.

In this group: Ngoné, Mbéne, Selle, Thioro, Khady, Ndéye, Khady, Rokhaya, Awa, Séynabou, Bousso, Mame Bousso, Astou, Mada, Ngoné
