Maria Concepcion's story

María is a street vendor selling fruits and vegetables. She lives with her husband and two children, 16 and 14 years of age. She has had her business for five years and started it due to the need to have a source of income. She works from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

She is requesting a loan to buy tomatoes, carrots, chiles, onions, apples and pineapple. She hopes this investment will help her strengthen her business so she can better serve her customers.

María’s goal is to expand her business and support her children so they can progress in their studies.
