Magnoudewa's story

Magnoudewa is a 44-year-old woman. She is a widow. She has three children with one in school. The oldest is 28 and the youngest is 15.
Magnoudewa has worked as a seamstress and retailer since 1991. She makes clothes, sells grains, vegetables and charcoal to people at their homes. She purchases her products in Lome and works alone. At this time, her biggest challenge is competition.
Magnoudewa has requested her fourth loan from WAGES to purchase yams, charcoal and other vegetables. She wants to reinvest in her business.
In the future, Magnoudewa would like to broaden the scope of her business. With her profits, she wants to ensure a happy future for her family.
