Boubacar's story

This borrower is a married man and the father of three children, one of whom is a student. The borrower manages an enterprise for building and maintaining swimming pools. To improve his revenues, he runs a business at the same time selling fabrics he imports from a neighboring country. He fills orders for retailers and shopkeepers in his town who then pay him at the end of the month. To increase his business capital, he is requesting a loan of 500,000 francs from the micro-finance institution U-IMCEC in order to buy 47 cuts of damask cloth. His ambition is to expand his commerce.
