A loan of $1,125 helped a member to buy clothes for re-selling.

Parveen's Group's story

Parveen is a 40-year-old married woman who lives with her family, a husband and five children. She has enrolled all of her children into school. To meet their education expenses and to support her husband financially, she operates a clothes sales business. She has had several years of experience in her business. Her clientele base is her community clients and shop owners. She buys clothes from other different cities for quality and variety: that’s why her customers approach her to buy clothes. She makes a good income every month.

Parveen has applied for a loan from Kiva partner, Asasah, for her clothes sales business. She will invest the loan in buying different varieties of clothes in bulk quantities for reselling. She is confident that she will make good sales from her business and further improve it.
