Kuña Kyrey Group's story

This women's commission was formed through one of the members of the group, who had approached the office of Fundación Paraguaya in order to find out more about the program "Women Entrepreneurs Commission". This member invited her friends and neighborhood acquaintances and decided to work together to get ahead and in turn to improve their quality of life. There are 23 hard-working, humble women that need to earn enough for food every day.

Doria is one of the members, and she is a dedicated and hard-working woman, who commented that she works really hard so that through that effort she can bring her family out of the place they are in. She makes a living sewing and she tells us that with a lot of sacrifice she has been able to maintain her house and family.

She is requesting the loan in order to purchase cloth, thread, buttons and other supplies, with which she will be able to carry out the requests of her customers.
