A loan of $500 helped to buy two cows.

Birame's story

The borrower is a married man, father to three children of whom two go to school. He has been practicing the business of traditional breeding for almost 30 years but due to the rarity of pasture caused by lack of recorded rainfall, he reoriented himself toward intensive breeding notably cattle feeding.

He buys his cows in the weekly markets, fattens them during six months to resell them in the large cities. This business allows him to take care of the needs of the members of his family as well as his own. To strengthen his income, he is requesting a loan of 250,000f in order to buy two cows. His goal is to expand his purchasing capacity.
