A loan of $2,575 helped a member to buy seasonal fruits for eventual resale.

Nico Vive Group's story

In the city of Mariano Roque Alonso, thirteen women have united with tremendous willingness and desire to make progress and move forward. They are hardworking and determined women who say that their goal is to earn more income so that they can help their families.

One of these determined women is Luz, who sells all types of fruit. She says that she has had good fruit sales because she has gotten off to an excellent start. Luz defines herself as a very self-sacrificing woman. She begins each work day in the early morning hours and returns home very late. Luz is requesting a loan to buy seasonal fruits such as melons, watermelons, plums, apples, oranges, and other goods so that she can have more variety and fresh produce to offer to her customers.
