Ameeran bibi is 44 years old, a widow and operates a grocery store in her community. She has been operating it for over five years.

Her eldest daughter knows the responsibilities of her mother and also understands her position. That is why Ameeran's daughter tries to provide comfort to her mother by supplementing Ameeran's income through her sewing works.

Ameeran dreams of continuing to grow so she can go on helping her family in that way.

Ameeran has requested a loan from Kiva partner Asasah to buy groceries, beverages and bakery products for her store to increase her sales.
