El Progreso Group's story

These 11 women from Chaco joined together in order to help each other, and they all share the desire to succeed by working together. They are in the first cycle of the foundation's women entrepreneurs program, and their goal is to reach the highest level of the program.

One of these entrepreneurial women is Denice, who sells jewelry. She says that sales have been very good and she has formed a good base of customers who always buy her products, giving her a very good income. She dreams to someday own a small jewelry store where she can offer their products.

The women have asked for help from the foundation and Kiva so that they can purchase of jewelry, such as rings, chains, bracelets and other types, which will replenish their stock and meet customer demand.
