Ly, 56, is single and lives alone in Kampong Cham Province. She is a tailor. Ly is requesting a loan of USD 1200 to purchase cloth to sew more clothes to sell to her clients. By doing so, she would be able to earn more profit to support her daily living. In the future, she would like to run a sewing training center from her home and renovate her house.
