The group is characterized by it's members' good values and dedication to the work that each pursues. Martha is 49 years old and has two children who depend on her. They are the reason that she decided 15 years ago to start working as a janitor at a medical post. Her job has provided her and her household with a lot of economic stability. Martha started this job as a result of the support she received from her husband, since they could work together this way. The job has given Martha satisfaction because it has financed her children's education as well as improvements to their home. With this most recent loan, she plans to invest in materials to improve her home.
