A loan of $1,100 helped a member to buy ingredients for making meals.

Casilda (Flat) Group's story

The "Casilda" group is made up of three persons; two men, and a woman who live in a really pretty place with a very large lake. María Eduviges was the one interviewed. She is married to Daniel, and they have two children they are still responsible for. She applied for the loan in order to buy ingredients for making meals, an activity she has been doing for two months. What inspired her to do this was her family; to help with the household income. This way her husband doesn't have the pressure of being the only one who works. So she made up her mind to set up her own business. The members of the group are José Ediel, who will use the loan to buy merchandise to stock his grocery store, and Aldrin who will invest in an auto parts shop.
