A loan of $800 helped to buy clothes to resell.


Florence's story

Florence lives in the small town of Gweru in Zimbabwe and she conducts her business of selling clothes in the same community. She has requested another loan of $800 to buy baby clothes and winter clothes for kids. This loan will enable her to increase her stock levels. Subsequently, her sales will also increase as will her income. With this extra income, she will be able to buy other goods for her home use. Florence says the challenge she faces is the shortage of capital. Florence is planning to open a bigger shop to stock clothes for all age groups.
