Horn, 53, is married, and resides with her husband and four children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She is a distiller, and her husband repairs bicycles at home. All of her children work at a garment factory. Because the salaries at this garment factory are small, Horn is requesting a loan of $1200 to pay for her son’s passport fee so that he can go to Thailand to find a job there. In the future, she would like to expand her husband's bicycle repair business, to build a new house, and to send her son to a mechanical training center.
