Phally, 43, is married and resides with her husband and two children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She is a rice farmer, and her husband is a construction worker. Phally is requesting a loan of $1200 to purchase more land to grow rice. In the future, she would like to purchase rice to store in the warehouse to sell when the price is higher, build a fence around her house, and support her children's education until they get bachelor's degrees.
