A loan of $2,025 helped a member to buy sheets, blankets, bedspreads and more.

Maria Auxiliadora Group's story

This committee was started thanks to Señora Idalina, who found out about the program for enterprising women and later formed the group with her friends and neighbors. At present the group is in its second cycle and has 15 women.

Idalina works as a street vendor of all types of products, such as sheets, blankets, bedspreads and more. She says she has lived with her spouse for several years and also with her children who help her a lot. She remarks that everything she has done is to help her husband and family.

She is asking for the loan to buy sheets, blankets, bedspreads and more to increase her stock and provide for her customers. She is thankful to the foundation for the opportunity it has given her.

In this group: Idalina, Ramona, Natalia, Amalia, Ninfa, Daysi, María, Zunilda, Rita, Blanca, Matilde, Griselda, Basilia, María, Tatiana
