Rejuntadas Group's story

The communal bank "Rejuntadas" is comprised of 17 women from the city of Paraguarí. They are doing very well in their eighth cycle of the women entrepreneur program at the Fundación Paraguaya. Being very hard workers, they formed the group because of their desire to get ahead and become successful so they could help their respective families.

One of them is Mrs. Liz who is a hard-working entrepreneur who has been in the sewing business for quite some time. She says she always has a lot of work and cannot complain since this allows her to support her family. With an aim toward filling customer orders she is requesting a loan to buy fabric, thread, buttons and other necessary supplies for her workshop. She is grateful to the Fundación and Kiva for this opportunity.
