Almira's story

Almira is 36 years old and has a common-law husband and two children. With one child in school, she works very hard to provide for them.

Almira runs a general store in the Philippines and has requested a loan of PHP 30,000 through NWTF to buy more groceries to sell in her sari-sari (variety) store.

Almira has been in this business for six years and sells a variety of items such as canned goods, soft drinks, and other miscellaneous items.

In the future Almira would like to save money to expand her business.
