Ryskan is 41 years old, married and is raising two children. After the fall of the Soviet Union she became a farmer, and grows corn and wheat for sale. Ryskan originally started with 10,000 som (KGS) and steadily improved her farming business, which now yields about 10,000 som monthly. Currently Ryskan has 10 tons of corn and 15 tons of wheat to be sold at the markets of Uzgen city. TO expand her business further Ryskan has turned to "Bai-Tushum and partners" for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) to purchase seeds and fertilizer. The profits from this expansion Ryskan is planning to invest into purchasing more land for farming.

Рыскан 48 лет, замужем, воспитывает двоих детей. После распада Советского Союза, Рыскан начала свой бизнес в полеводстве – выращивании кукурузы и пшеницы.
Стартовав с суммы в 10,000 сом (KGS), Рыскан смогла развить хозяйство, приносящее около 10,000 сом в месяц. На сегодняшний день, Рыскан заготовила 10 тонн кукурузы и 15 тонн пшеницы, выращенную продукцию Рыскан планирует реализовывать на центральном рынке города Узген.
В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Рыскан обратилась в компанию «Бай – Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS) на покупку семян и удобрений. Доходы Рыскан планирует вложить в дальнейшее увеличение площади обрабатываемых земель.
