A loan of $1,825 helped a member to buy food.

Emprendedores De Vitarte Group's story

The Emprendedores de Vitarte group is made up of the union of several women entrepreneurs. All the members of the group work in different activities in a coordinated and supportive way, in an atmosphere of companionship, respect, and union.

Verónica is one of the women. She is 32 years old and single, with two minor children who are dependent on her. She has worked selling food for a year. She began because of some friends in her community who were asking her to cook for them. With this sale she generates the income that can pay the daily expenses in her home, such as buying food, and the monthly school expenses she pays.

With the recent loan, she wants to formalize and register her small business and have her documents in order.

In this group: Veronica, Pilar Liliana, Lilian Roselly, Octavia Marcelina, Roxana Pilar, Edith Maria
