Guayaibyty Poty. Group's story

In the city of Paraguarí, a group of women gathered together with the intention of learning more about Fundación Paraguaya. After their meeting, they found the program to be quite interesting so they decided to form a committee. The group chose the name Guayaibyty Poty, since it is the neighborhood in which they live. They made the commitment to stay united as a group and to work in an environment of mutual respect. The group is in its third loan cycle and has earned an excellent rating. There are 11 women in this group.

One of the members is Sra. Norma. She manages a well-stocked food pantry. Norma says that thanks to her business and the good service she provides, she has been able to continue growing. She is doing very well since most of her neighbors come to her business.

Norma is requesting a loan to buy sugar, noodles, rice, and other basic necessities. She says the loan will be a great help to her business so that she can satisfy her customers.
