A loan of $375 helped to pay for tools for his blacksmith's shop.

Marco Antonio's story

The young Marco Antonio lives in a small barrio where the residents celebrate the feast of San Francisco de Asis.

He is requesting a loan to buy tools and materials for making metal bars and rods. He has been doing this for 2 months and he reports that good income is resulting from the business.

Marco Antonio is inspired to pursue his business because he wants to help his parents with their income, and also, he wishes to begin his studies again. What he wants most is to continue studying to complete his career, and to get out of debt, forge ahead, and help his parents economically.
