Elizabeth's story

Elizabeth is 29 years old. She is a good and collaborative woman. She lives with her partner and they have a 9 year old son whom they provide with all comforts that they can. They want him to have a tranquil environment so he can study. They live in their own home.

Elizabeth works as a seamstress out of her home every day. She does her own designs and those of other people. She is always smiling. Her friendly and helpful nature is how she attracts her clients, who always seek her out to solve problems with their clothing. She does good finish work and is therefore in high demand. She also sells cold drinks, cosmetics and perfumes in her home.

She has worked as a seamstress for many years. She started when she was very young and it has allowed her to do many things in her life. It was difficult at first, but over time she overcame challenges and now she does her work easily and calmly. She hopes to be able to continue to grow her business.

This will be her fourth loan with MFP, and she hopes this small loan will help her achieve her goals. She promises to again make her payments punctually. She is very content to be part of her communal bank as all of the members are good and united. With the 1500 soles she has requested she will purchase materials to continue her work as a seamstress. She wants to purchase fasteners, fabric, thread and other materials.
