Adylbek is a 48-year-old farmer, he is married and has three school age children. Since 1996 Adylbek's family has been successfully running a business in raising livestock and cropping. Beginning with the starting sum of 10,000 soms (KGS) Adylbek was able to increase the headcount to three dairy cows and eighteen sheep as well as cultivate 1.8 hectares of land where he grows crops and sainfoin. This activity allows Adylbek to receive about 10,000 som (KGS) per month.

To further increase the number of livestock Adylbek has come to Bai Tushum and Partners for a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) to purchase additional cattle for fattening. Adylbek intends to use the projected profit to reconstruct the barn in order to ensure good conditions for the livestock.
