Jhim's story

Jhim is 33 years old, and a kind, good, and hard-working man. He lives with his partner and together, they have three children who are 15, 5, and 3 years old. They all live in their own home and share the desire to progress and get ahead through what they do. Jhim spends his days driving his moto-taxi. It does not matter if it is day or night, he keeps on riding along the streets looking for customers who want to arrive safe and sound to their destinations. His happy spirit and conversational gifts make it so the customers look for him to provide transportation service. He also knows the Puccallpa city streets very well and always provides fast service.

His favorite part of his job is traveling the streets, and he also likes that this job provides a good income and is good entertainment. In addition to working as a moto-taxi driver, he also works as a salesman for a well-known gas company in the city. He has worked there for 6 years, and even though it can be a difficult job, he knows he has to do it. In the future, he hopes to buy another moto-taxi and use it to increase his earnings. This will be his fourth loan with MFP, and he is very happy knowing he will have financial support. This way, he feels safe advancing in his work. He is committed to continue being a punctual client by making his payments on time. He is very happy to belong to his community bank because everyone is very responsible and there is a lot of solidarity. With the requested amount of 2000 soles, he will buy parts for his moto-taxi that needs repairs after falling into disrepair from the bad quality of the roads. He will also pay the mechanic to do the repair work for him.
