A loan of $1,025 helped to acquire a kiosk.

Ines Matilde's story

Señora Matilde was a member of a communal bank that worked very well but is now requesting an individual loan. The lady is a very kind and responsible person as she never had any problems making her repayments. She lives with her husband and 4 children, who are studying, in a house in Anticretico in the Villa Exaltacion area. She needs the loan to buy a kiosk in the city of Oruro. The lady makes cans and containers for ovens, be it for baking bread or roasting suckling pigs. She manufactures her products by hand and with smoothing irons. She travels to the street markets of Oruro, Potosi, Tarija and Sucre where she has an established customer base. Her dream is to build a little house on the plot of land she is buying. She has her husband's support. He works as a driver. With the loan she will buy a kiosk at a market as in this way she will be able to sell her products from a fixed stand. Sra. Matilde is a very hardworking person, grateful to the institution for its support.
