Ainura is 38 years old, married, and has four children, the youngest of whom is two years old. Ainura is a teacher by profession and she teaches the Kirghiz language and literature at a local school. She started with 20,000 som in capital. Now, her farm has four cows, ten sheep and two horses. In order to further develop her business, Ainura contacted Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan in the amount of 120,000 som to buy additional livestock. With income from the loan, Ainura plans to invest in repairing her barn to improve living conditions for her livestock.

В поисках источника дополнительного дохода для своей семьи, в 2005 году Айнура начала свой бизнес в разведении, откорме и перепродаже скота, начав с начальной суммы в 20,000 сом (KGS). На сегодняшний день, в ее хозяйстве насчитывается четыре голов коров, десять баранов и две лошади. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Айнура обратилась в компанию «Бай – Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 120,000 сом (KGS)на покупку дополнительных голов скота. Доходы от кредита Айнура планирует вложить в ремонт кошары для обеспечения хороших условий для содержания скота.
