A loan of $575 helped to purchase products to supply her store.

Martha's story

Martha, 30 years old, is a good and kind woman. She lives with her partner, with whom she has two children, 7 and 13 years old. She has her own house where she spends her days at the side of her partner and their two children, who are her reason for effort, work, and sacrifice. Martha's business is selling general groceries. She has a store in her house that is very popular, since it is located on a very busy street. In addition to being easy to reach, she sells everything, and her customers come in very often because they know they will find everything there and at a low price. At first when she started her work, she sold few things, and in small quantities. Little by little her business grew, and now she has a large grocery store. She works alone, and it's going very well for her since she earns a lot, but she works a lot, too. At the beginning she had the difficulty of learning her business very well. She has been in this business for three years, and in this time she learned many things in order to increase profits and better manage her business. She has many plans for the future, but the principal one is to expand her store. This will be her third loan with MFP, so she hopes for your collaboration so that she will be able to realize her plans. On the other hand, she promises again to make her payments on time, as with previous loans she has had. She is also very happy to belong to her communal bank, since all of its members are very responsible and supportive. With the amount requested of 1500 soles, she will buy products for her store, among them groceries, personal accessories and office supplies, and other items that people often ask for in her store.
