Ruben was born in 1962. He lives in Ijevan city with his family, which consists of his mother, his wife and his three children. Ruben’s mother is a retiree, his wife is a teacher in Ijevan School, his daughters are pupils, and his son attends kindergarten.

In 1986 Ruben graduated from Yerevan State Medical Institute, where he specialized as a therapeutist. He has been working in his specialty till now and simultaneously he has been engaged in animal breeding and land cultivation. He is raising two cows, three calves, some poultry and four bee colonies as well. Also he has a vegetable garden and an orchard. Most of the agricultural produce is used for Ruben's family's needs, but he sells the remainder on-site. With income from his agricultural occupation, Ruben covers part of his family’s needs.

Ruben is seeking a 1.000.000 AMD loan to buy one more cow and to increase number of his bee colonies.
