She has a warehouse there that she opened on March 1, 2007 with capital she had in savings she’d earned working in a firm. She initially bought chairs, pots, dinnerware, plastic tanks, irons, pans, serving trays and fans that she sold and did very well. Gradually with much effort and discipline she has managed to move the business forward and support herself but she wants it to grow still more and this is why she’s turning to a Kiva loan, her second financing with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, because she wants to respond to the market she’s already captured, especially this end of the year when much success is foreseen because of circulating cash product of bonuses and allowances given by businesses. She will use her Kiva loan to buy home appliances that her customers have on order with her; she will earn discounts and an effective profit. With loans received from the Fundación she’s managed to change and grow in many aspects and this she is grateful for. Her goal is to continue advancing to attain a much larger business and continue strengthening her home’s wellbeing.
