The members belong to the communal bank "RIO VILCANOTA". This bank is located in the district of Pisaq, belonging to the providence of Calca and department of Cusco.

One member is Rosario; she has a live-in partner, is 29 years old and has 3 children. The member works in her business of selling handicrafts. She sells sweaters, dolls, pants, and key-rings in the main plaza of Pisaq. She works from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Through this business she is able to advance her children. She wants to expand and improve her business of selling handicrafts. The member is requesting the loan to buy handicrafts such as sweaters, pants, key-rings and dolls at wholesale.

The other members have a restaurant, sell handicrafts, run a grocery store, and sell corn, vegetables, and fruit.

The member thanks those who form part of this dream through this medium and she promises to fulfill her repayments in the period of time established.
