She has been running this business for 3 years and says it is working well and she has known how to make it successful as the income from the business helps her with the family expenses and her children's education.

Doña Luvia will invest the loan in the purchase of ingredients which she will use to make her food such as: vegetables, Mexican flat bread, cheese, cream, oil, etc. Luvia belongs to the group Las Gaviotas which consists of 11 members, 2 men and 9 women who are: Juan, Ninfa, Julio, Juana, Estela, Bernabé, Oralia, Nayeli, Natividad, Santacruz. They all have businesses selling: food, grocery iitems, sweets, fish, shakes and games, vegetables, fruit, etc.
