Manepeh Group's story

The “Manepeh” group consists of small scale businesswomen based in Magburaka, a town in Northern Sierra Leone. They are requesting a loan for 4,000,000 SSL from SMT in order to expand their respective businesses.

The leader of this group is Kassah, who is 30 years old, married and has three children, two of whom attend school. She was born in Manepeh village and currently resides in Magburaka town. Her husband is a businessman. For 17 years, Kassah has been selling loaves of bread and fish. With this loan, she will buy bags of flour and baskets of fish in order to expand her business.
