A loan helped a member to purchase better manure for her farms.

Kyenjojo Disabled Group's story

Robinah is 42 years old, married, and has five children. She has been a farmer for 10 years and runs her business efficiently. She also sells food on a daily basis in the Kyenjojo food market in the West of Uganda. The costs of running her business over the years have not been as high as she in most cases sells what she harvests from her farms.

Along the way, Robinahhas encountered hardships, but it has been her precept to make the best out of bad bargains. Robinah's monthly sales returns will only get better once she receives the loan she is requesting, which she will use to purchase better manure for her farms. Not only is she hoping for better yields but Robinah hopes to expand her business beyond the borders of Kyenjojo.
