Lasha's story

Lasha is a farmer from the village of Chkhenishi, West Georgia. He is married and lives with his family, including his wife Makvala, four-year-old son, and mother (who is retired). Lasha is managing the family's agriculture business. The family owns a dairy farm with five milk cows. Makvala produces and sells an average of 80 kg of traditional Georgian cheese per month.
