Garnik was born in 1957. He graduated from a boarding school in the city of Kapan and then was accepted to the Kapan professional-technical college, where he obtained a profession of a turner. Garnik is married and has three children: a son and two daughters. The son is married and lives with his family separately from the parents. The oldest daughter is not married, lives with the parents and teaches at a school. The youngest daughter attends a secondary school. Since 2008, Garnik has been involved in a private entrepreneurship and selling vegetables and fruits. Garnik himself built the store space, where he runs his business. Thanks to his business, he bought a small truck, which he uses to travel to Yerevan once per week to get products for his business. Garnik's wife helps him with the business, and, thanks to this, they work without days off. Garnik needs a loan in the sum of 900,000 Armenian dram to finish the interior decoration of his store space and to install windows and doors there.

Гарник родился в 1957 году. Он окончил школу-интернат в городе Капане, после чего поступил в Капанское профессионально-техническое училище, где получил специальности токаря.
Гарник женат и у него трое детей: сын и две дочери. Сын женат и живет со своей семьей отдельно от родителей; старшая дочь не замужем, она живет с родителя и преподает в школе; младшая дочь учится в средней школе.
С 2008 года Гарник занимается частным предпринимательством: торгует овощами и фруктами. Гарник сам построил помещение, где осуществляет свой бизнес. Благодаря своему бизнесу Гарник приобрел небольшой грузовой автомобиль, на котором он раз в неделю ездит в Ереван за товаром для своего бизнеса. Жена Гарника помогает ему в бизнесе и благодаря этому они работают без выходных.
Гарнику нужен кредит на сумму 900.000 армянских драм для завершения внутренней отделки, торгового помещения и установления окон и дверей в нем.
