The Mujeres Unidas ["United Women"] group was born thanks to the negotiations and support of the other committee that was working in the area. The group is located in the city of San Lorenzo. The members' main goal is for each of them to grow personally and professionally, since they want to help their families through this work.
Mrs. Ignacia is the group president. She is a very enterprising and capable woman, as she is leading such a large group. Throughout their loan cycles, she has demonstrated a desire to succeed. She tells us that she sells all sorts of items, such as sheets, clothing, bedspreads, blankets, and more. With these sales, she has been able to get her family ahead and cover their daily costs.
