Adama's story

Born 1980 in Koutiala, Adama is a married man and father of six children. He lives with his family in Loulouni, one of the sub-prefectures of the third administrative region (Sikasso) of Mali.

Adama has worked in the food industry for about six years, selling coffee and consumer goods. He has a good reputation in this business and serves many clients, especially on Loulouni fair days, but he does not have sufficient resources to satisfy them all. That is why he decided to collaborate with Soro Yiriwaso. He is on his fourth loan, the previous ones having been properly reimbursed.

With this loan, he intends to buy sugar, coffee, milk, eggs, French butter and packets of items for the store.

He hopes to make a monthly profit of 100,000 FCFA, which he will use to cover his essential expenses and pay the interest on his loan. He will invest the rest in his business.
